With

outward. Let the index fingers of each hand touch
each other and the thumb of each hand touch the other so
that a triangle is formed witht the open space between the
two palms.
Now, separate the two hands while simultaneously lifting
the left leg several inches from the floor. Let the
arms descend, tracing a circle as they come together near
hip level. Cup the left hand around the right fist.
The left leg should touch the ground just as the hands come
